The Bar-B-Chef Fat Soak is an absorbent made from Zeolite, a microporous mineral that is capable of absorbing up to 5 times its initial weight in fat and other drips whilst cooking. Odourless, the Bar-B-Chef Fat Soak is available in a 3.4L bag and will prevent fires in the barbeque fat tray.

All you have to do is line the drip tray of the barbeque with foil and then place the Bar-B-Chef Fat Soak. Don't forget to reline and refill at least every six months.
